Originally from Iran. Educated in Iran, Canada and United States. He has been in sales and self employed since the age of 16. Moved to Southern California in 1994. He truly has deep roots in real estate: his earliest known relatives, traced to his grandparents, parents and uncles.

Traveled and resided in five different countries. He has focused on learning, understanding and educating himself of the other cultures and nationalities and applying those toward the multicultural and international transactions.

"Aboush" Abaii initiated his real estate business and investments with his brothers 25 years ago.

In addition to representing and consulting many Sellers, Buyers and Investors as a Real Estate Broker, "Aboush" Abaii was also involved in multi million dollar real estate transactions, investments and remodelings.

An Irvine resident since 2001, "Aboush" Abaii focused his real estate practice in Irvine, Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel and other cities in Orange County and Los- Angeles County. His honesty and integrity are matched by his passion for the real estate business and his dedicated commitment to his clients.
